Description

By simply recording every cigarette you smoke the QuitMateME will work out a customised program for to help you give up smoking for good. After every cigarette you smoke the QuitMateME will set you a time based goal to wait until to smoke your next cigarette. The QuitMateME records every cigarette you smoke and provides detailed reports and progress indicators to show you how well you are doing.

Requirements

J2ME Enabled Mobile Phone. GPRS and Browser access required for download. Application size 158K.

Usage Instructions

Every time the QuitMateME user smokes a cigarette, this event is recorded in the device by pressing a button. The QuitmateME Software will then calculate a program for the smoker to follow. This by exceeding the targets set by the software, the smoker will gradaually reduce the number of cigarettes smoked. Exceeding targets set by just 5 minutes a 20 a day smoker will reduce to 10 a day after using the device for 10 days. Detailed instructions included in the Help section of the app.
